Please replace the word electron with the word quark in that very first small paragraph of Chapter 16.


Since this was written in 1966 I have learned a bit about Murray Gell Mann's quarks.

Quarks were indeed here in 1966 but few knew that they even existed.

Proof of the quark did not arrive until 1968 using the Stanford linear accelerator.

I have discovered, since then, that the quark - and not the electron - is the MAIN cause of our inertia and inertial mass.

The translational motion aspect of this remains exactly the same.

Simply change from electron to quark to see why we have gravity and inertial mass.

All the rest of this 1966 book is still right on target.
